After a brief inspection, the technician walked me through what could be done and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I appreciated how they didn’t rush me into making a decision. They even showed me some examples of previous work, which was reassuring. The turnaround time was impressive too; my shoes were ready within a week! When I finally picked them up, I was blown away! The scuff marks were gone, and the heel felt sturdier than before. My only suggestion would be to maybe add some more seating in the waiting area, as it was a bit cramped during peak times. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning for future repairs. It’s nice to know there’s a reliable place in town to keep my shoes looking their best.
